J. Lawrence Hall Installing HVAC
System in New Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH

J. Lawrence Hall Co., of Nashua, NH, recently began installation
of HVAC systems in the new Community Hospice House in Merrimack,
NH. The single-story, $1.8 million facility will include ten
hospice rooms with accommodations for families, a patient care
area and lobby.
Heat will be provided through an in-floor radiant hot water system and cooling via chilled water through fan coil units. J. Lawrence Hall's Leo Cloutier and Steve Provins are working closely with the project's general contractor, Wrenn Associates, of Nashua, NH, to ensure the project goes smoothly and is completed on schedule in September. J. Lawrence Hall, founded in 1937, is a full-service design/build mechanical contractor serving the commercial and industrial HVAC market throughout New England. Hall's clients include such well-known organizations as Freudenburg NOK, Unitrode, Velcro, University of New Hampshire, Sanders, Hitchiner Manufacturing, PSNH, Stoneyfield Farm, EnergyNorth, Bell Atlantic and the City of Nashua.
