Completes Heating and Hot Water Upgrade at Executive Manor

J. Lawrence Hall Co., of Nashua NH, recently completed updating
the heating and hot water system at Executive Manor on Union
Street in Manchester, NH. This conversion at the four story,
32-unit apartment building had to be completed while the
building was fully occupied and with the least amount of
disruption to the tenants. To help this process, J. Lawrence
Hall Co. installed a temporary hot water system. The original
steel plated boiler was dismantled and removed to make room for
two new energy efficient oil fired boilers and two indirect
domestic hot water heaters with new circulators and
controls.
